研究目的：

本研究通过评价院内自制药三七活骨丸治疗气滞血瘀型早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效，旨在实现早期干预、延阻疾病的目的，并为临床新药的应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study evaluated the clinical efficacy of Sanqihuogu pill in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Aim on realizing the purpose of early intervention and delaying the disease, and providing evidence for the application of clinical new drugs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.具有认知障碍及表达受阻的患者；
2.先天性髋关节发育不良或化脓性髋关节感染所致的ANFH患者；
3.合并有严重的心、脑血管疾病或有严重的血液系统疾病者；
4.免疫系统疾病如类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎等用药引起的ANFH患者；
5.身体条件很差，严重贫血者；
6.未按照治疗方案用药或治疗期间服用其他药物者；
7.治疗期间因其他特殊疾病使用激素治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cognitive impairment and impaired expression;
2. ANFH patients caused by congenital hip dysplasia or suppurative hip infection;
3. People with serious heart and cerebrovascular diseases or serious blood system diseases;
4. ANFH patients with immune system diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other drugs;
5. Those with poor physical conditions and severe anemia;
6. Those who do not take drugs according to the treatment plan or take other drugs during the treatment;
7. Those who use hormone therapy for other special diseases during treatment.
