研究目的：

验证植入式闭环神经刺激器系统（Implantable Closed-loop Neurostimulator System，CNS）用于治疗药物难治性癫痫的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To verify the efficacy and safety of Implantable Closed-loop Neurostimulator System (CNS) in the treatment of medically intractable epilepsy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.曾经接受过DBS植入；
2.体内有主动性植入物如心脏起搏器、除颤器、人工耳蜗、药物输注泵、其他神经刺激器等，或有影响刺激器系统的被动性植入物；如患者体内已有植入式迷走神经刺激器（VNS），关闭VNS后可参加本试验；
3.存在神经外科手术禁忌证，以及严重的心脑血管病者；
4.有临床意义或不稳定的身体状况（包括酒精和/或药物滥用）或进行性中枢神经系统疾病；
5.合并肝、肾功能严重异常等严重影响健康的系统性疾病；
6.妊娠或近一年有妊娠意向的女性、哺乳期女性；
7.研究者判断受试者依从性差，或不适宜参加临床试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have received DBS implantation;
2. Active implants such as cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, drug infusion pumps, other nerve stimulators, or passive implants that affect the stimulator system; If the patient has an implanted vagus nerve stimulator (VNS) in his body, he can participate in this test after turning off VNS;
3. Patients with neurosurgical contraindications and serious cardio-cerebrovascular diseases;
4. Clinically significant or unstable physical condition (including alcohol and/or drug abuse) or progressive central nervous system disease;
5. Systemic diseases that seriously affect health, such as severe abnormal liver and kidney functions;
6. Women who are pregnant or have intention of pregnancy in the past year, and women in lactation;
7. Subjects judged by the researcher as having poor compliance or not suitable for clinical trials.
