研究目的：

比较侧卧位和平卧位对小儿日间手术后苏醒质量的影响，探索小儿日间手术后复苏期间的最佳体位，以减少并发症发生。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of lateral decubitus position and supine position on the recovery quality of children after day operation, and to explore the best position during the resuscitation of children after day operation, in order to reduce the occurrence of complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.任何染色体异常发育异常的患儿；
2.有心血管疾病患儿；
3.有发育迟滞患儿；
4.气道畸形患儿；
5.重度肥胖患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal development of any chromosome;
2. Children with cardiovascular disease;
3. Children with developmental retardation;
4. Children with airway malformations;
5. Severely obese children.

术前由专人根据纳入和排除标准收集280例研究对象。由手术的时间的先后顺序排列，280例患儿的编号为1-280号，使用随机数字表法，从随机数字表中任意选择起始数，所得随机数按随机数除2后余数分组的分类。如果两组的例数不相等，将继续查随机数字表，根据下一个随机数字来调整，从而确定患儿的分组。
