研究目的：

观察百合育子方治疗无证可辨的特发性少精子症临床疗效及其对精液参数、精浆抗缪勒氏管激素、睾酮、雌二醇的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of Baihe Yuzi prescription in the treatment of idiopathic oligospermia and its effect on semen parameters and seminal plasma anti-mullerian hormone ,testosterone and estradiol.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.精索静脉曲张2级及以上者；
2.有临床症状或舌苔脉象异常者；
3.有腮腺炎病史或卵泡刺激素水平明显升高者；
4.染色体或AZF基因异常者；
5.不能脱离有毒、高温、放射线等特殊环境者；
6.下丘脑、垂体发现肿瘤者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Varicocele of grade 2 or above;
2. Those with clinical symptoms or abnormal tongue coating pulse;
3. Those who have a history of mumps or the level of FSH is significantly increased;
4. Abnormal chromosome or AZF gene;
5. Those who cannot escape from toxic, high temperature, radiation and other special environments;
6. Tumor found in hypothalamus and pituitary.
