研究目的：

本项目拟基于 ICF 核心组合建立手部创伤康复治疗模型，并通过高等级循证 RCT 研究进行验证，形成一套临床康复干预策略及证据，从而开发一种手部创伤综合康复治疗技术方案，整合从医院到重返工作岗位的全流程化康复。

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to establish a hand trauma rehabilitation treatment model based on the ICF core combination, and verify it through a high-level evidence-based RCT study to form a set of clinical rehabilitation intervention strategies and evidence, so as to develop a comprehensive hand trauma rehabilitation technical program that integrates a full process of rehabilitation from hospital to return to work.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.手部创伤合并脑外伤、脑卒中或精神病史；
2.有认知功能障碍及拒绝签订知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Hand trauma with a history of brain trauma, stroke or mental illness;
2.Cognitive dysfunction and refusal to sign informed consent.

采用块状随机分配（Blocked Randomization）的方法，每个块状组别满足10人名额后（符合纳入标准），将工伤患者的名字提交给一个没有参与研究过程的成员。然后将每个受试者按 1:1 的比例从类似抽奖箱的盒子中抽出名字，随机分配到试验组或对照组。
