本研究的目的是比较老年肌肉痉挛患者使用维生素K2和安慰剂的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of vitamin K2 in the management of NLC in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

维生素K2 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.某些代谢性疾病（包括甲状腺功能减退症、血液透析、肌萎缩性侧索硬化症、脊髓灰质炎并发症等）引起的痉挛；
2.患有恶性肿瘤（包括乳腺癌、前列腺癌、淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤等）；
3.服用利尿剂；
4.腰椎管狭窄症引起的肌肉痉挛；
5.肝硬化需要释放腹水；
6.近期需要进行血液透析；
7.导致有明确原因的抽筋，如低钙血症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Spasm caused by some metabolic diseases (including hypothyroidism, hemodialysis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, polio complications, etc.);
2. Patients with malignant tumors (including breast cancer, prostate cancer, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, etc.);
3. Take diuretics;
4. Muscle spasm caused by lumbar spinal stenosis;
5. Liver cirrhosis needs to release ascites;
6. Hemodialysis is required in the near future;
7. Causes cramps with clear causes, such as hypocalcemia.
