本研究的研究目的是观察 HIV 感染人群经过长期抗病毒治疗后的并发症发生率及死亡率；以及分析影响中国 HIV 感染人群并发症和死亡的危险因素。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to observe the incidence of complications and mortality in HIV-infected people after long-term antiviral therapy, and analysis the risk factor of Chinese HIV infected population influencing complications and deaths.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者依从性不佳；
2. 数据不完整；
3. 经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究的HIV 患者；
4. 妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor patient compliance;
2. Incomplete data;
3. HIV patients deemed unsuitable for the study by the investigator;
4. pregnancy.
