研究目的：

1.研究骨质疏松症对患者下肢肌力的影响； 2.研究骨质疏松症对患者行走步态的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the influence of osteoporosis on lower limb muscle strength of patients; 2. To study the influence of osteoporosis on walking gait of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.参与研究时膝关节疼痛，视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）＞4分；
2.近期核磁共振检查提示双膝关节半月板三度损伤及以上，前交叉韧带断裂患者；
3.肿瘤病史、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状旁腺功能亢进；
4.有下肢骨折及手术史；
5.下肢关节（髋关节、膝关节、踝关节）严重骨性关节炎；
6.近期脑血管疾病，遗留肢体功能障碍后遗症患者；
7.心功能不全或其他严重内科疾病患者；
8.参与研究时血压高于140/90mmHg；
9.各种原因无法坚持完成治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Visual analog pain score (VAS) of knee pain at the time of study participation was > 4;
2. Patients with third-degree meniscus injury or above or anterior cruciate ligament fracture indicated by recent MRI;
3. History of the tumor, hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism;
4. History of lower limb fracture and operation;
5. Severe osteoarthritis of lower limb joints (hip, knee, ankle);
6. Patients with recent cerebrovascular diseases and sequelae of lower limb dysfunction;
7. Patients with cardiac insufficiency or other serious medical diseases;
8. Blood pressure was higher than 140/90mmHg at the time of the study;
9. Those who cannot persist in completing treatment for various reasons.
