研究目的：

明确竖脊肌平面阻滞能通过阻断疼痛的传导减少术后持续性切口痛的发生，从而提高患者的术后生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify that erector spinus plane block can reduce the occurrence of persistent postoperative incision pain by blocking the conduction of pain, thus improving the postoperative quality of life of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病人拒绝；
2.凝血功能障碍；
3.神经病变；
4.局麻药物过敏；
5.穿刺部位感染；
6.严重的肝肾功能及肺功能障碍；
7.精神疾病；
8.药物滥用病史；
9.急性或慢性疼痛病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient refuses to participate;
2. Coagulation dysfunction;
3. Neuropathy;
4. Allergy to local anesthesia drugs;
5. Puncture site infection;
6. Severe liver, kidney and lung dysfunction;
7. Mental illness;
8. History of substance abuse;
9. History of acute or chronic pain.
