研究目的：

评价髂静脉支架系统对髂静脉狭窄或闭塞所致下肢或/和盆腔静脉回流障碍性疾病的患者的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the iliac vein stent system in patients with iliac vein stenosis or occlusion resulting in lower limb and/or pelvic venous return disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 支架植入部位既往做过介入手术或者已有前次手术植入支架的患者；
2. 髂静脉狭窄是由于盆腔肿瘤压迫、肿瘤放疗、血栓后综合征（PTS）所致者，半年内因诊断急性下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）行导管溶栓或取栓术后遗留的髂静脉狭窄；
3. 对造影剂、抗凝剂等药物有禁忌症的患者；
4. 严重凝血功能异常的患者；
5. 严重肝肾功能不全的患者；
6. 因恶性肿瘤等原因，预期寿命小于 12 个月的患者；
7. 髂静脉尺寸不适用髂静脉支架系统的规格；
8. 对产品材质（镍钛和钽）有过敏史的患者；
9. 妊娠期、哺乳期或 12 个月内有生育计划的男性或女性；
10. 筛选前 3 个月内参加过、正在参加或将计划参加其它任何器械或药物的临床试验；
11. 研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with previous interventional surgery in target iliac vein;
2.Iliac vein stenosis caused by pelvic tumor compression, previous radiotherapy, post-thrombotic syndrome (medical history and doppler ultrasound examination)iliac vein stenosis after catheterization thrombolysis or thrombectomy due to DVT within half a year;
3.Contraindicated to contrast agent or anticoagulant drugs;
4.Severe abnormal blood coagulation;
5.Severe hepatic and/or renal insufficiency;
6.Life expectancy less than 12 months;
7.Iliac vein size not applicable to vein stent;
8.History of allergy to materials (nickel titanium and tantalum;
9.Men or women who plan to have children during pregnancy, lactation or within 12 months;
10.Patients who has participated in, is participating in, or plans to participate in any other device or drug clinical trial within 3 months prior to screening;
11.Patients considered unsuitable for this clinical trial by the investigator.

采取按中心及器械型号（支架直径 14MM、16MM）分层的中央随机化方法，基于手机客户端 APP 随机化工具“金陵鼠”来实现试验产品与对照产品的随机分配（具体的随机化方案另行制定）。由各中心赋予权限的研究者在手机客户端输入患者和产品型号等相关信息，并经指定的随机管理员核准确认后，分配组别即刻反馈到手机上，研究者则根据随机分配的组别对患者进行治疗。

对于主要终点指标髂静脉一年通畅率评价将采用第三方独立核心实验室进行评价的方法，去除标识的影像信息被发送至第三方独立核心实验室，其不知道受试者被分配的组别，能够最大程度保证对两组受试者影像进行独立公正的分析.

For the primary end point index iliac venous patency rate a year will use a third party independent core laboratory evaluation method, get rid of the logo image information is sent to a third party independent core laboratory, it don't know the group, patients were assigned to maximize the chance that the analysis of the images in the two groups of independent justice.
