研究目的：

以老年综合评估（comprehensive geriatric assessment，CGA）为切入口，探讨精神运动康复技术干预肌少症患者的躯体功能和认知功能的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the elderly, this paper discusses the feasibility of psychomotor rehabilitation technology in the intervention of somatic function and cognitive function in patients with sarcopenia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 失语、谵妄以及因严重认知功能障碍无法交流的患者；
2. 有严重血液系统疾病或恶性肿瘤；
3. 严重膝关节或髋关节骨关节炎、腰椎管狭窄、新发骨折的患者；
4. 有明确精神疾病病史；
5. 存在生物电阻抗测定禁忌或影响测量结果准确性的患者；
6. 量表信息及评估资料不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with aphasia, delirium, and inability to communicate due to severe cognitive impairment;
2. Serious tumor or hematological disease;
3. Patients with severe knee or hip osteoarthritis, lumbar spinal stenosis, and new fractures;
4. Have a clear history of mental illness;
5. Patients with taboos in bioelectrical impedance measurement or affecting the accuracy of measurement results;
6. Patients with incomplete scale information and evaluation data.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The survey record form was used to collect the data of the study. The information collected includes: general demographic data, body composition indicators, muscle strength indicators, physical capacity indicators and quality of life. The collection time was within one week before and after the formal implementation of the intervention program.
