研究目的：

为高血压患者确定有效的康复方案和治疗计划,开具合适的运动处方,为体医结合防治高血压提供理论基础和新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

to find an effective exercise treatment for patients with hypertension,and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.药物引起的高血压、难治性高血压、继发性高血压、高血压急症者；
2.(2)3级高血压者（静息收缩压≥180mmHg和/或静息舒张压≥110mmHg）；
3.合并脑卒中、短暂性脑缺血发作、高血压脑病、既往冠心病、心律失常、心房颤动、严重心力衰竭、肝功能衰竭或肾功能衰竭、传染病、其他预期寿命<2年的恶性肿瘤，或任何其他禁止体育锻炼的医疗条件；
4.在过去六个月内参加任何规律体育锻炼计划者；
5.依从性差，不能按研究设计正常进行或不能配合资料采集者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Drug-induced hypertension, refractory hypertension, secondary hypertension, hypertensive emergencies;
2.Grade 3 hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and/or resting diastolic blood pressure >=110 mmHg);
3.Combined stroke, transient ischemic attack, hypertensive encephalopathy, previous coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation, severe heart failure, liver failure or kidney failure, infectious diseases, other malignant tumors with a life expectancy of < 2 years, or any other medical condition prohibiting physical exercise;
4.Those who have participated in any regular physical exercise program in the past six months;
5.Poor compliance, can not be carried out normally according to the study design or can not cooperate with the data collector.
