研究目的：

本研究1）结合肿瘤患者营养管理现状和患者切实营养需求，对现有肿瘤患者营养管理指南进行调整优化，形成本研究所需要的肿瘤患者营养管理方案；2）实施并验证肿瘤患者营养管理方案在降低营养不良的发生率、治疗中断发生率、放疗急性毒副反应，提高患者放疗期间生活质量方面的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to: 1) developing the nutrition management program by integrating the clinical in quo and the practical nutrition needs in cancer patients into current nutrition guidelines and making some adjustments; 2) To conduct and evaluate the effectiveness in reducing the rates of malnutrition and treatment interruption, acute toxicities, and improving the quality of life of cancer patients during radiotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）终末期肿瘤的患者；
2）由于各种原因导致放疗中断，提前出院的患者(治疗时间<2周)

Exclusion criteria：

Discharged with treatment uncompleted and total hospital stays are less than 2 weeks, owing to treatment interruption for any reasons.
