研究目的：

通过多中心临床随机对照试验，观察针刺疗法对 MMT 受治者美沙酮减量作用及改善药物渴求、药物戒断症状、失眠、焦虑等方面的疗效，并借助功能磁共振和组学技术进一步探索针刺辅助治疗阿片类物质使用障碍的作用机制，为针刺辅助 MMT 受治者减量美沙酮提供证据基础，为针刺在 MMT 受治者的推广应用和我国社区 MMT 项目发展规划提供有价值的参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a multi-center clinical randomized controlled trial, the efficacy of acupuncture therapy on methadone dose reduction and improvement of drug craving, drug withdrawal symptoms, insomnia, anxiety, etc. in MMT subjects was observed, and further exploration was carried out with the help of functional magnetic resonance and omics technology. The mechanism of action of acupuncture-assisted treatment of opioid use disorder provides an evidence base for acupuncture-assisted MMT patients to reduce methadone doses and provides valuable information for the popularization and application of acupuncture in MMT patients and the development planning of community MMT projects in my country.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

凡符合以下任何一条，即予以排除：
(1) 合并有严重心、肝、脾、肺、肾疾病者；
(2) 合并有严重消化系统疾病及严重营养不良者；
(3) 合并有艾滋病或梅毒者；
(4) 造血系统严重原发性疾病者；
(5) 操作部位有炎症、瘢痕或外伤者，或有其他全身严重感染者；
(6) 有除药物依赖以外其他精神疾病病史，语言沟通障碍者；
(7) 孕妇或计划怀孕者；
(8) 不能合作或正在参加药物试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Any of the following is excluded:
(1) Patients with severe heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney diseases;
(2) Combined with severe digestive system diseases and severe malnutrition;
(3) People with AIDS or syphilis;
(4) Patients with severe primary diseases of the hematopoietic system;
(5) Those who have inflammation, scars, or trauma at the operation site, or those who have other serious systemic infections;
(6) Those with a history of mental illness other than opioid use disorder, or with language and communication disorders;
(7) Pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant;
(8) Those who cannot cooperate or are participating in drug trials.

采用中央随机分配法，将受试者按 1:1 随机分配至针刺组和假针组。随机分配由广州中医药大学临床研究与数据中心专门人员 SAS 9.4 软件按照 1：1 完成程序编写和随机。各临床研究中心按照申请随机编码流程获得随机号码，直到完成总观察病例数后结束。
