研究目的：

验证中文版干眼相关生活质量评分 (Dry Eye-Related Quality-of-Life Score Questionnaire，DEQS)量表，并评价其信度和效度。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the Chinese version of the Dry Eye-Related Quality-of-life Score Questionnaire (DEQS), and to evaluate its reliability and validity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入组前1个月内使用激素或免疫抑制剂类药物治疗干眼的患者；
2.检查前2小时使用人工泪液的患者；
3.入组前1个月内角膜接触镜佩戴史；
4.研究过程中计划使用或使用任何干眼治疗药物（人工泪液、促泪液分泌药物、促修复药物、抗炎药物或免疫抑制剂等）或物理治疗（如热敷、熏蒸、睑板腺按摩、睑板腺探针、强脉冲光、Lipiflow等）的患者；
5.活动性眼部炎症性疾病，如过敏性结膜炎、严重睑缘炎、感染性角膜炎、角膜溃疡等；
6.入组前6个月内接受眼部手术治疗，含角膜屈光手术、翼状胬肉手术、白内障手术和玻璃体视网膜手术；
7.入组前1个月内曾参加或正在参加其他临床试验的患者；
8.研究者判断认为不适合进入本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with dry eye treated with hormone or immunosuppressant drugs within 1 month before enrollment;
2. Patients who used artificial tears 2 hours before examination;
3. History of corneal contact lens wearing within 1 month before enrollment;
4. Patients who plan to use or use any dry eye treatment drugs (artificial tears, tear secreting drugs, repair promoting drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs or immunosuppressants, etc.) or physical therapy (such as hot compress, fumigation, meibomian gland massage, meibomian probe, intense pulse light, Lipiflow, etc.) during the study;
5. Active inflammatory eye diseases, such as allergic conjunctivitis, severe blepharitis, infectious keratitis, corneal ulcer, etc.;
6. Received ocular surgery, including corneal refractive surgery, pterygium surgery, cataract surgery and vitreoretinal surgery, within 6 months before enrollment;
7. Patients who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month prior to enrollment;
8. The investigator determined that the patients were not suitable for the study.
