研究目的：

(1) 探索精神分裂症早期在执行面孔表情识别任务时的事件相关电位、任务态磁共振异常信号，评估患者神经认知功能，构建多维度异常指标的整合诊断模型。 (2) 明确精神分裂症在综合干预半年、一年之后不同维度指标的变化，构建多维度疗效评估的模型。 (3) 提高早期精神分裂症的识别率、诊断准确性。 (4) 形成针对三个靶点（合理化用药、认知矫正、前额叶重复经颅磁刺激调控）的早期综合干预技术。

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore event related potential and abnormal task-state mri signal in conducting face expression recognition tasks of early schizophrenia, evaluate patients neurocognitive functions and construct a multidimensional integrated diagnosis model about abnormal index; 2. Explore the change of different dimension index after comprehensive intervention for half a year and a year. construct a multidimensional evaluation model of the curative effect.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：①磁共振扫描禁忌症；②精神疾病史及家族史、重大躯体疾病；③脑外伤史，MRI检查显示脑结构异常；④酒精或药物滥用及依赖史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria:①MRI contraindications;②Mental retardation, diseases of nervous system or major body diseases;③History of brain injury, MRI showed abnormal brain structure;④History of alcohol or drug abuse and dependence;⑤Accepted MECT, long-term use of anticholinergic or benzodiazepines drugs may affect cognitive function.

由门诊入组首发精神分裂症或分裂样精神病患者后，将患者随机分为三组，药物治疗组，药物+rTMS治疗组，药物+心理干预治疗组.
