研究目的：

通过临床大样本多中心随机对照研究观察，为脊柱微调手法联合导引功法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效提供证据支持。通过卫生经济学指标和患者满意度评价结果，为脊柱微调手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床决策提供证据支持。通过随访检查磁共振观察突出椎间盘的大小，为临床疗效提供客观证据。将中医治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方案优化，提高上海市腰椎间盘突出症中医诊疗水平。

Objectives of Study：

Through a large multi-center clinical randomized controlled study, provide evidences for clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with spinal fine-adjustment technique combined with guided power therapy. The results were evaluated by health economics indicators and patient satisfaction, And provide evidence for clinical decision-making of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.The size of the prominent intervertebral discs was observed by magnetic resonance imaging followed up,to provide objective evidence for clinical efficacy.Optimization of TCM Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation, To improve the level of TCM diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation in Shanghai.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

具有下列情况之一者，不能纳入本试验：
1.脊柱外科手术史；
2.严重脊柱创伤史；
3.影像学所见有脊柱骨质肿瘤、结核、骨质疏松等患者；
4.合并心血管、脑血管、造血、消化系系统等严重疾病或精神病患者；
5.妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；
6.肝肾功能异常者；
7.有其他自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病和急、慢性感染者；
8.不愿加入本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

One of the following circumstances, can not be included in the test:
1. History of Spinal Surgery;
2. Severe history of spinal injury;
3. Imaging findings of spinal bone tumors, tuberculosis, osteoporosis and other patients;
4. Cardiovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental illness;
5. Pregnant and lactating women;
6. Liver and kidney dysfunction;
7. There are other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute and chronic infection;
8. Do not want to join the experiment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	电子化数据管理 1.病例报告表(CRF)的填写与移交：完成的病例报告表由课题负责人和研究助理审查后，交数据管理人员，进行数据录入与管理工作。 2.数据的录入与修改：数据录入与管理由数据管理员负责。采用Excel数据库，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。 3.对病例报告表中存在的疑问。数据管理员将填写疑问解答表(DRO)，并通过研究助理向课题负责人发出询问，课题负责人应尽快解答并返回，数据管理员根据课题负责人的回答进行数据修改，确认与录入。 4.数据库锁定：在确认所建的数据库无误后，由课题负责人、数据管理人员、统计分析人员对数据库进行锁定。 5.本次试验采用电子化数据管理系统（DAS for eCDM）。该系统集成了电子病例报告表（eCRF）构建、数据录入、数据锁定及导出及EDC系统应急计划，能够科学的对试验数据进行跟踪管理和实时监控。
