实现儿童哮喘的精确化分型，明确难治性儿童哮喘的高危因素。

Objectives of Study：

To achieve precise subtypes of childhood asthma and determine the risk factors of refractory asthma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往有乙肝、结核等慢性感染、先天性气道疾病、气管异物、间质性肺疾患、支气管扩张、胃食管反流、各类心脏病、先天性免疫缺陷、营养不良等疾病；（2）近1月内有急性感染病史；（3）研究者判断不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of hepatitis, tuberculosis and other chronic infections, congenital airway diseases, foreign body in trachea, interstitial lung diseases, bronchiectasis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, heart diseases, congenital immunodeficiency diseases, malnutrition and other diseases;
2. History of acute infection within i month before enrollment;
3. Unsuitable for enrollment judged by researchers.
