研究目的：

（1）探索慢性失眠症致病原因及危险因素，为慢性失眠症病因筛查提供依据。（2）探索新的慢性失眠症分型方法，以期为临床治疗提供更科学的指导。（3）根据慢性失眠症分型探索不同类型慢性失眠症患者最优化治疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

(1) to explore chronic insomnia causes and risk factors for chronic insomnia causes which provides the basis for screening; (2) to explore new methods of chronic insomnia classification, so as to provide scientific guidance for clinical treatment; (3) according to the patients with chronic insomnia classification to explore different types of chronic insomnia optimal treatment plan.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.抑郁症,躁郁症,广泛性焦虑,恐慌症,创伤后应激障碍、精神障碍,或物质使用障碍;2.重大躯体疾病；3.自杀风险；4.怀孕

Exclusion criteria：

1. past or current DSM-IV-TR diagnosis of depressive disorder, dysthymic disorder, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, psychotic disorder, or substance use disorder;
2. any significant physical illnesses;
3. significant risk of suicide;
4. pregnancy.
