研究目的：

本课题以脑外伤后认知功能障碍患者为研究对象，研究高压氧治疗对认知功能的影响，并利用磁共振中的DTI和fMRI探讨其治疗对脑外伤后认知功能障碍的机制，为进一步临床应用提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This trial aims to evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the cognitive function of traumatic brain injury patients, and investigate the potential mechanism based on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI)and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). Thus we can provide reliable evidence for hyperbaric oxygen treating the cognitive function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）经检查证实有脑卒中、脑肿瘤、脑寄生虫病等可引起认知功能障碍的其他疾病者；（2）存在严重言语、视力、听力障碍或精神障碍等影响认知检查者；（3）经既往病历或临床医生或家属证实其之前已经患有认知障碍的相关疾病或在发病前有使用针对认知障碍的药物；（4）有磁共振检查禁忌症者，如装有心脏起搏器、支架、血管搭桥材料、金属内固定、金属假牙、电子耳蜗植入、幽闭恐惧症等；（5）有酒精、药物滥用史；（6）存在严重合并症，如脊髓损伤、脏器损伤、癫痫患者；（7）妊娠及哺乳期女性；（8）正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. previous disease history: brain trauma, surgery, cerebral tumor or other brain lesions;
2. Serious words, vision, hearing impairment or mental disorders;
3. Past cognitive disorder or drug influenced on cognition;
4. MRI contraindications (non-removable denture, cardiac pacemaker, electronic cochlear implants, claustrophobia);
5. A history of drug abuse, alcohol;
6. patients with epilepsy; patients with severe heart, liver, or renal dysfunction; and patients with blood disorders;
7. Pregnancy or breast-feeding women;
8. For other clinical subjects.
