研究目的：

培训社区口腔医生通过口腔检查和问卷对儿童的龋病风险进行评估，进而根据风险分级开展不同类型和不同频率的龋病预防措施，降低儿童龋病的发病率，提高公共卫生服务的成本效益。

Objectives of Study：

Dentists from the community of Shanghai will be trained how to carry out caries risk assessment for children through dental examination and questionnair, and then provide different caries prevetion methods according to the risk classification in order to decrease the incidence of caries among children and improve the cost effectiveness of public health services.
