对先天性小耳畸形采用Medpor支架植入一期耳郭再造术的同时应用不同的方法重建听力，为先天性小耳畸形治疗提供新的技术与方法，提高该病诊疗的临床质量。 制定先天性小耳畸形听力重建方法与标准。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility and the clinical effects of the auricular reconstruction and hearing rehabilitation of congenital microtia at one-stage; To make hearing rehabilitation methods and criteria of congenital microtia.
