研究目的：

探究将动态导航系统应用于无牙颌患者行种植手术的精确度，及影响种植因素。相关成果将推进动态导航系统在口腔种植领域的应用，为临床医师在面对无牙颌患者时选择种植手术方案提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to quantitatively evaluate the accuracy of multiple implants placed in fully edentulous patients via dynamic navigation and to explore the factors associated with deviation of implant positioning.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有可能影响种植体骨结合的疾病（如骨质疏松症）；
2.长期服用影响种植体骨结合的药物（双磷酸盐等）；
3.未控制的牙周炎。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have diseases (such as osteoporosis) that may affect implant osseointegration;
2. Long term use of drugs (bisphosphate, etc.) that affect implant osseointegration;
3. Uncontrolled periodontitis.

对无牙颌患者，通过动态导航软件设计种植方案，之后在动态导航系统引导下行种植手术。术后测量种植体实际位置与术前设计的种植体位置之间的误差，并对误差进行分析。
