Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of wearing an N95 face mask on human metabolism and related physiological and biochemical indicators.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 1个月内及研究期间有夜班或倒时差等；
2. 近3个月内应用抗生素等药物；
3. 有临床表现异常需排除的疾病，包括但不限于神经系统、心血管系统、血液和淋巴系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统、免疫系统、肾脏、肝脏或代谢障碍或精神等系统疾病者；
4. 妊娠或哺乳期女性；
5. 失眠人群；
6. 近3个月内参加其他试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Shift work or jet lag within a month and during the experiment;
2. Antibiotics were applied in the last 3 months;
3. Diseases with abnormal clinical manifestations that need to be excluded, including but not limited to nervous system, cardiovascular system, blood, lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, immune system, kidney, liver or metabolic disorders, or mental system diseases;
4. Pregnant or breast-feeding;
5. Insomnia;
6. Participants in other experiments within the last 3 months.
