研究目的：

1.主要目的：观察淋巴瘤和多发性骨髓瘤患者治疗期间及治疗后心功能及心电学指标的变化。 2.次要目的：寻找可以早期预警心功能损害的超声及心电学指标。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to observe the changes of cardiac function and electrocardiological indicators in patients with lymphoma and multiple myeloma during treatment and after treatment. 2. Secondary purpose: to find ultrasound and electrocardiological indicators that can warn of cardiac function damage in an early manner.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、年龄<18岁；
2、严重、未控制的基础疾病，使患者仅能接受姑息性对症治疗；
3、未经控制的心血管疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged < 18 years;
2. Serious and uncontrolled underlying diseases, so that patients can only receive palliative symptomatic treatment;
3. Uncontrolled cardiovascular disease.
