研究目的：

通过中医特色慢病管理，包括预防性药物干预，系统健康教育、慢病随访等，将中医治未病理论具体化，应用于复发型寻常型银屑病缓解期，观察其缓解期生活质量及复发情况，从而探讨寻常型银屑病病后防复阶段中医干预的有效手段，防止复发，提高患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the management of chronic diseases with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, including preventive drug intervention, systematic health education, chronic disease follow-up, etc., the pathology theory of traditional Chinese medicine is concretized and applied to the remission stage of recurrent psoriasis vulgaris, and the quality of life and recurrence in the remission stage are observed, so as to explore the effective means of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the post recovery stage of psoriasis vulgaris, prevent recurrence, and improve the quality of life of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠、准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
2.合并心脑肝肾等脏器严重器质性疾病及造血系统原发性疾病者；
3.干预期间口服或外用过维甲酸类、糖皮质激素类等影响干预结果的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding;
2. Patients with severe organic diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and other organs and primary diseases of hematopoietic system;
3. During the intervention period, oral or external use of drugs such as retinoic acid and glucocorticoid had affected the intervention results.
