研究目的：

本研究基于eCASH理念，通过在烧伤科成立无痛化舒适病房，旨在探讨基于eCASH的联合干预手段在处理急慢性创面治疗时患者的疼痛焦虑问题的最佳实践建议和方案，以期为进一步优化创面治疗和促进病房管理提供借鉴。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the concept of eCASH, this study established a painless comfortable ward in the burn department, aiming to explore the best practice suggestions and programs of ecASH-based combined intervention in the treatment of acute and chronic wound anxiety, in order to provide reference for further optimizing wound treatment and promoting ward management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有活动性出血、大血管或神经暴露、局部癌变的伤口不太可能接受清创术；
2. 影响伤口愈合的全身并发症，如营养不良、癌症、自身免疫性疾病等；
3. 近两周血糖控制不稳定的糖尿病患者；
4. 精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Wounds with active bleeding, exposure of large blood vessels or nerves, and locally cancerous unlikely to tolerate debridement;
2. Systemic complications affecting wound healing, such as malnutrition, cancer, autoimmune diseases, etc;
3. Diabetic patients with unstable glycemic control in the last two weeks;
4. Patients with mental illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有采集的数据录入SPSS数据分析软件，由储国平、秦宏波统一录入和分析，而数据库由许瓅文、陈芳燕共同管理。数据录入与分析人员全程不参与项目研究，避免了外变量的干扰，实验结果更科学有效。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All data collected were input into SPSS data analysis software, and uniformly recorded and analyzed by Chu Guoping and Qin Hongbo, while the database was jointly managed by Xu E wen and Chen F yan. Data input and analysis personnel do not participate in the whole project research, avoiding the interference of external variables, and the experimental results are more scientific and effective.
