研究目的：

1.使用表面肌电设备明确慢性非特异性腰痛（CNLBP）患者和健身气功运动员核心肌群肌电特征差异，同时监测健身气功运动员练习八段锦过程中心率以及核心肌群的肌电特征，明确两版八段锦运动强度差异，对八段锦动作要素进行分析并优化。 2.从经筋动线角度探讨八段锦对CNLBP的作用机制，并确定八段锦中对CNLBP患者核心肌群肌纤维募集优化的动作要素，为后续运动处方的设计奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Use surface electromyography equipment to identify the differences in the electromyography characteristics of the core muscles between patients with chronic non-specific lumbago (CNLBP) and fitness Qigong athletes; at the same time, monitor the center rate of fitness Qigong athletes during the exercise of Baduanjin and the electromyography characteristics of the core muscles; identify the differences in the exercise intensity between the two versions of Baduanjin; analyze and optimize the elements of Baduanjin movements. 2. To explore the mechanism of action of Baduanjin on CNLBP from the point of view of the dynamic lines of the tendons, and determine the action elements of Baduanjin for the optimization of core muscle fiber recruitment in patients with CNLBP, laying a foundation for the design of subsequent exercise prescription.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的肺心脑血管疾病；
2.疑有或已确诊的严重脊柱病理（脊柱骨折、肿瘤、炎症或感染性疾病、马尾综合征、弥漫性神经系统性疾病、结核及严重骨质疏松者等）；
3.接受过或计划在研究期间进行大手术治疗，或严重腰椎先天畸形者；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.过敏体质者，患有出血倾向、皮肤破损、传染性疾病者；
6.除腰部以外疼痛并影响到身体运动能力者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe pulmonary, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
2. Suspected or confirmed severe spinal pathology (spinal fracture, tumor, inflammatory or infectious disease, cauda equina syndrome, diffuse neurosystemic disease, tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis, etc.);
3. Those who have received or plan to undergo major surgery during the study period, or have severe congenital deformity of the lumbar spine;
4. Pregnant or lactating patients;
5. Allergic constitution, bleeding tendency, skin damage, infectious diseases;
6. Patients with pain other than waist and affecting physical exercise ability.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.1 EDC 系统构建 本研究采用电子数据采集（Electronic data capture，EDC）系统，由数据管理 员根据研究方案、病例报告表构建电子病例报告表(eCRF)。EDC系统管理员根据研究者、监查员、稽查员等不同身份分别创建账号，根据使用人的不同角色设定相应的权限。 1.2 电子病例报告表的填写 数据录入由临床研究者或由研究者指定的数据录入员及时、准确地将受试者的数据录入 eCRF。录入要求双人录入，由系统开展差异校验，研究者须保证两次录入信息与原始 CRF 表完全一致，确保所有数据的准确性和完整性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.1 EDC System Construction This study adopts an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system, and the data manager constructs an electronic case report form (eCRF) according to the research plan and case report form. The EDC system administrator creates accounts according to different identities such as researchers, inspectors, and auditors, and sets corresponding permissions according to the different roles of users. 1.2 Completion of the Electronic Case Report Form Data Entry Data entry The data entry of the subject is timely and accurately entered into the eCRF by the clinical investigator or the data entry person designated by the investigator. The entry requires double entry, the system carries out the difference verification, and the investigator must ensure that the information entered twice is completely consistent with the original CRF form to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data.
