研究目的：

1、 探索血液恶性肿瘤CAR-T细胞治疗后患者半年内不同时间点的生活质量水平，分析其变化轨迹； 2、了解 CAR-T细胞治疗后患者各个时间点生活质量的影响因素，分析护理专业可控的相关因素，为后期实施具有针对性的护理措施提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the quality of life of patients with hematological malignancies at different time points within half a year after CAR-T cell therapy, and to analyze its change trajectory; 2. Understand the factors affecting the quality of life of patients at various time points after CAR-T cell therapy, analyze the relevant factors that can be controlled by the nursing profession, and provide a basis for the implementation of targeted nursing measures in the later stage.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有精神疾病或认知障碍的患者；
2.合并有其他严重并发症的患者；
3.本人及家属配合度不高患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment;
2. Patients with other serious complications;
3. Patients with poor cooperation between themselves and their family members.
