研究目的：

本研究拟采用随机双盲安慰剂对照试验设计评价保健食品磷酯酰丝氨酸银杏叶软胶囊（国食健注G20210034）对轻度认知障碍老年人认知功能改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial was designed to evaluate the improvement effect of health food phosphoxylserine inkgo biloba leaf soft capsule (G20210034) on cognitive function in the elderly with mild cognitive impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.神经系统检查明显偏瘫、偏身感觉障碍、失语等局灶性中枢神经障碍体征，脑血管病史(包括出血性和缺血性)，发生内脑外伤或骨折；
2.喘息性支气管炎、严重高血压、心绞痛及严重感染等内科疾病；
3.明显抑郁、焦虑情绪等精神病患者及其它内分泌系统疾病史(如甲亢、甲状腺功能低下、系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎等)；
4.新发现、进展期或晚期肿瘤；
5.明显影响认知功能测试的视觉、听觉障碍或语言交流困难；
6.酒精依赖及其他精神活性物质滥用病史(如抗精神病药、苯二氮卓类药等)，或服用影响认知功能药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neurological examination showed obvious signs of focal central nervous disorder such as hemiplegia, partial sensory disorder, aphasia, cerebrovascular history (including hemorrhagic and ischemic), internal brain trauma or fracture;
2. Internal diseases such as asthmatic bronchitis, severe hypertension, angina pectoris and severe infection;
3. Patients with obvious depression, anxiety and other mental disorders and history of other endocrine system diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.);
4. Newly discovered, advanced or advanced tumors;
5. Visual or auditory impairments or verbal communication difficulties that significantly affect cognitive function tests;
6. History of alcohol dependence and abuse of other psychoactive substances (e.g. antipsychotics, benzodiazepines, etc.), or use of drugs that affect cognitive function.
