研究目的：

旨在探讨右美托咪啶辅助全身麻醉对患者术后睡眠的影响，确定右美托咪啶能否降低睡眠障碍发生率，以促进患者早期康复，提高患者满意度  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine-assisted general anesthesia on postoperative sleep in patients, and to determine whether dexmedetomidine can reduce the incidence of sleep disorders, so as to promote early recovery and improve patient satisfaction

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前存在认知功能障碍；
2.镇静剂或抗抑郁药形成依赖者；
3.既往存在精神病史；
4.术前存在心动过缓或房室传导阻滞者；
5.无法有效沟通、交流者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction;
2. Dependence on sedatives or antidepressants;
3. Previous psychiatric history;
4. Preoperative bradycardia or atrioventricular block;
5. Those unable to communicate effectively.
