构建及评价运动联合营养干预对ICU患者效果。

Objectives of Study：

Construction and evaluation of the effect of exercise combined with nutrition intervention in ICU patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①不适合早期活动或进行康复锻炼：心肌梗死急性期、胸主动脉瘤破裂、梗阻性肥厚性心肌病、致死性心律失常未控制、肺栓塞、哮喘急性期、重度肺动脉高压、重症肌无力、吉兰巴雷综合征、脊髓损伤、不稳定性骨折、近期发生深静脉血栓（DVT）或静脉血栓栓塞（VTE）、活动性出血未控制、住院期间由于病情等因素限制活动等；②脑损伤急性期及其可能导致的长期肢体功能障碍和意识障碍；认知功能障碍或精神障碍；③肠内营养禁忌症或需要较长时间禁食；④在ICU住院期间肌力无法达到3级；⑤股动静脉置管期间。

Exclusion criteria：

① Not suitable for early activities or rehabilitation exercises: acute phase of myocardial infarction, rupture of thoracic aortic aneurysm, obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, uncontrolled life-threatening arrhythmias, pulmonary embolism, acute phase of asthma, severe pulmonary hypertension, severe myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, spinal cord injury, unstable fractures, recent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or venous thromboembolism (VTE), uncontrolled active bleeding, activity restriction during hospitalization due to medical reasons, etc. ② Acute phase of brain injury and potential long-term limb dysfunction and consciousness disorders; cognitive impairment or mental disorders. ③ Contraindications to enteral nutrition or the need for prolonged fasting. ④ Inability to reach muscle strength level 3 during ICU hospitalization. ⑤ During femoral artery catheterization.
