研究目的：

重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）联合用力吞咽法对脑卒中患者吞咽功能的影响，并为临床康复治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Either effortful swallowing exercise or repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is considered effective for post-stroke dysphagia. Thus, synchronizing these two interventions may improve the efficiency of treatment. This study intended to investigate the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation and effortful swallowing exercise on the recovery of swallowing function in stroke patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.任何其他神经源性疾病、肿瘤史；
2.在中风之前或之后有癫痫发作或使用癫痫药物的病史；
3.MMSE＜20分；
4.内置心脏起搏器或体内植入其他金属医疗器械；
5.恶心肿瘤，有出血倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of any other neurogenic disease or tumor;
2. Have a history of epileptic seizures or use of epileptic drugs before or after stroke;
3. MMSE ＜ 20 points;
4. Built in cardiac pacemaker or other metal medical devices implanted in the body;
5. Patients with nausea and bleeding tendency.
