研究目的：

为糖尿病患者确定有效的康复方案和治疗计划,开具合适的运动处方,为体医结合防治糖尿病提供理论基础和新思路  

Objectives of Study：

To establish effective rehabilitation plan and treatment plan for patients, and provide appropriate exercise prescription, so as to provide a theoretical basis and new train of thought for the prevention and treatment of diabetes with body medicine.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心脑血管疾病；
2.空腹血糖≥16.8mmol/L，且存在酮体者；
3.合并严重糖尿病并发症，如糖尿病肾病、糖尿病足、糖尿病眼底病变、糖尿病酮症酸中毒等；
4.合并严重感染、氧化应激病变者；
5.合并神经或精神类疾病、人格、智力障碍，沟通表达能力严重欠缺者；
6.运动禁忌症；
7.未控制的高血压。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Fasting blood glucose >= 16.8mmol/L, with ketone bodies; 3. Complications of diabetes, such as diabetes nephropathy, diabetes foot, diabetes fundus disease, diabetes ketoacidosis, etc; 4. Patients with severe infection and oxidative stress; 5. Those with neurological or psychiatric diseases, personality and intellectual disorders, and serious lack of communication and expression ability; 6. Sports contraindication; 7. Uncontrolled hypertension.
