研究目的：

1. 建立并完善中国膀胱癌数据库 3.0版（前瞻性）：并完成HIS系统-数据库自然语言抓取与导入开发，更好的辅助前瞻性膀胱癌数据的录入。 2. 构建膀胱癌数据元及知识库标准：包含膀胱癌及泌尿专科范畴的概念、属性、约 束、关系及实例，可用于初步诊断、治疗方案提示、医疗预警、知识学习等多个使用场景，减少医疗失误的发生，为提高膀胱癌这一常见泌尿系恶性疾病的诊治水平提供了保障，有利于我国多中心临床数据的整合及交流。 3. 回顾-前瞻性获得我国新辅助（免疫/化疗）治疗MIBC的真实世界数据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish and improve the 3 edition of China bladder cancer database (prospective): complete the HIS system - database natural language crawl and import development, and better assist in the entry of prospective bladder cancer data. 2. Construction of data element and knowledge base standard for bladder cancer: including concepts, attributes, constraints, relationships and examples of bladder cancer and urological category, which can be used for preliminary diagnosis, treatment plan hints, medical warning, knowledge learning and other scenarios to reduce the occurrence of medical errors, and provide a guarantee for improving the diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer, a common urologic malignancy. It is conducive to the integration and exchange of multi center clinical data in China. 3. Retrospective prospective real-world data on neoadjuvant (immuno / chemotherapy) treatment of MIBC in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 已知对其他单克隆抗体过敏；
2. 已知对任何研究药物或者辅料过敏；
3. 存在不利于研究药物给药、或可能影响结果解读、或导致患者有发生治疗并发症的高风险的基础医学状况或酒精/药物滥用；
4. 合并患有其他肿瘤；
5. 存在自身免疫病、免疫缺陷病和器官移植史，研究者认为影响研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known allergy to other monoclonal antibodies;
2. Known allergy to any investigational drug or excipient;
3. There is a high-risk basic medical condition or alcohol/drug abuse that is not conducive to the administration of the study drug, or may affect the interpretation of the results, or lead to treatment complications;
4. Complicated with other tumors;
5. There is a history of autoimmune disease, immunodeficiency disease and organ transplantation, which the researchers believe affects the researchers.
