研究目的：

利用上海市已成熟有效新生儿听力筛查模式,在先天性耳聋患儿进行早期诊断干预的基础上。通过对双侧极重度耳聋患儿早期双侧人工耳蜗植入干预的研究，建立主客观效果评估体系，了解不同临床干预方式对康复效果的影响，构建先天性耳聋早期双侧人工耳蜗植入干预诊疗规范化方案和市级医院运行模式，提高上海市并引领我国先天性耳聋诊断及干预康复临床技能水平，形成我国极重度先天性听力障碍早期双侧干预和康复效果评估的专家共识。完善我国先天性听力障碍临床诊断、干预及康复标准及规范

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of early diagnosis and intervention in children with congenital hearing loss, This study focus on the early bilateral cochlear implantation in children with bilateral severe hearing loss by using the mature and effective newborn hearing screening model in Shanghai.The study aimed to establish evaluation system of subjective and objective effect, understand the influence of different clinical intervention methods on the rehabilitation effect , build a standardized program in diagnosis and treatment for early bilateral cochlear implantation in patients with congenital hearing loss and build the municipal Hospital operation mode. The ultimate goal is to improve the level of clinical skills in diagnosis and treatment for congenital hearing loss in Shanghai and even in China, form the expert consensus of early intervention and rehabilitation effect evaluation in the patients with severe congenital hearing loss and improve standards and norms of clinical diagnosis, intervention and rehabilitation for congenital hearing loss in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 智力发育障碍或自闭症；
2. 脑白质发育异常或脱髓鞘病；
3. 中耳乳突急、慢性炎症尚未清除者；
4. 其他人工耳蜗手术禁忌症；
5. 不能按要求返回参加机构随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Mental retardation or autism;
2) White matter disease or demyelinating disease;
3) Middle ear and/or mastoid acute or chronic inflammation;
4) Other contraindications for CI surgery;
5) Unable to return to participating institutions as required.
