研究目的：

通过前瞻性观察性研究构建肝脏储备功能评估模型预测肝切除手术安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective of this prospective observational study is to build a model for predting safety of hepatectomy by evaluating residual liver function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、小于18岁或大于80岁
2、术前诊断为良性肿瘤；
3、外科手术难以切除；
4、肝癌不能完整切除肉眼所见（包括影像提示）肿瘤；
5、肿瘤肝外转移；
6、肝功能Child-Pugh 大于7分，经治疗不能转为降至7分以下；
7、全身状况不能耐受手术；
8、患者及家属放弃手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis is benign tumor;
2. Unresctable liver tumore;
3. Tumor cannot be totally resected;
4. Extra-hepatic metastasis;
5. Liver function up to Child-Pugh 7 scores and cannot downgrade to less than 7 scores by medical treatment;
6. General station cannot afford hepatectomy;
7. Patients refuse operation.
