研究目的：

本研究的目的，结合隐性失血，探讨治疗老年人稳定的股骨粗隆间骨折的最佳方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the study was to explore the best way to treat stable intertrochanteric fractures, taking hidden blood loss into account.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1、髓内系统：髓内钉 2、髓外系统：DHS 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. intramedullary system: intramedullary nail; 2. extramedullary system: DHS. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准如下：1）复合性股骨骨折，2）65岁以下，3）以前股骨骨折的病史，4）任何手术禁忌，5）在损伤前的行走困难状态或任何其他创伤性骨折。

Exclusion criteria：

With a compound femoral fracture, a history of previous femoral fracture, any contraindication to surgery, nonambulatory status prior to the presenting injury, or any other traumatic fracture.
