研究目的：

术后通过耳内镜进行评估，验证组织再生膜促进早期干耳的疗效优于对照组。  

Objectives of Study：

By ear endoscope to evaluate the effect of postoperative that tissue regeneration membrane promote dry ear early is better than the control group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

I型胶原 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

type I collagen 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.行乳突缩腔的患者；
2.对胶原产品过敏者；
3.有精神性疾病或精神异常者；
4.患有急慢性呼吸道感染患者；
5.患有严重肝肾功能障碍/代谢综合症/恶性肿瘤等严重全身疾病患者；
6.妊娠期或哺乳期的女性以及计划在3个月内妊娠的患者；
7.近一个月内全身连续使用激素者；
8.长期使用免疫抑制剂者；
9.糖尿病患者；
10.有外科手术禁忌症患者；
11.其他经研究者判定不符合入选条件的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient need to shrinkage cavity mastoidotympanectomy;
2. Allergy of collagen products;
3. The patient with mental illness or mental abnormal;
4. The patient is suffering from acute or chronic respiratory infection;
5. The patient with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or metabolic syndrome or serious systemic diseases such as malignant tumor;
6. During pregnancy or breastfeeding women or plan in the three months of pregnancy patient;
7. Nearly a month general continuous use hormone;
8. Long-term use of immune inhibitor;
9. Patient with diabetes;
10. Patient with surgical contraindication;
11. Other researchers determine does not comply with the conditions of patients.
