本研究收集西南地区60例肺腺癌确诊患者，采用二代测序技术，旨在统计西南地区肺癌大数据，更好的为临床应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study collected 60 patients with lung adenocarcinoma diagnosed in southwest China, the second generation sequencing technology, designed to lung cancer in southwest big data, better provide the basis for clinical application.
