研究目的：

本研究以大学生为干预对象，通过众包（Crowdsourcing）的方式鼓励大学生跨学科合作，创作抗生素合理使用和细菌耐药性主题的健康教育作品，以健康行为学和传播学理论为指导，以新媒体为传播渠道，对大学生进行健康教育，从而改善目标群体的抗生素合理使用知识和行为，进而降低抗生素使用率。通过干预提高大学生抗生素合理使用知识30%，降低抗生素使用率5%；计算“众包+新媒体”干预模式的成本-效益。  

Objectives of Study：

We adopt crowdsourcing method and encourage university students with the multidisciplinary background to collaborate to produce rational antibiotic use artworks. The theory of health communication will be adopted to improve knowledge and rational antibiotic use among young generation. We aim to improve the antibiotic knowledge by 30% and reduce the antibiotic use rate by 5% compared with the baseline. The cost-effectiveness of the intervention will also be calculated.

干预前后调查：在中国六个地理分区（北部、东部、东北、西北、南部和西南）各选取1个省，每个省各选取1所综合性大学，分别为南开大学、浙江大学、吉林大学、兰州大学、武汉大学和贵州大学。采用随机整群抽样，从调查当天上课的班级中随机抽取若干个班级，对整个班级所有上课的学生进行调查，直到每个学校的样本量达到1500人。
