研究目的：

本研究拟提出下肢膝关节外骨骼康复机器人辅助下的全膝关节置换（TKA）患者术后加速临床康复路径和应用规范，并通过多中心大样本的随机对照临床研究来进一步验证其在TKA术后应用的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to propose the path and application specification of accelerated clinical rehabilitation for total knee replacement (TKA) patients assisted by the lower limb knee exoskeleton rehabilitation robot, and further verify the effectiveness and safety of its application after TKA through a multi-center, large-sample randomized controlled clinical study.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重的内科系统疾病不能耐受术后康复治疗者；
2.合并精神疾病或严重认知障碍不能理解配合者；
3.不同意参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe internal diseases who cannot tolerate postoperative rehabilitation treatment;
2. Patients with mental illness or severe cognitive impairment who cannot understand cooperation;
3. Do not agree to participate in this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1.标准化培训:研究正式开始前，制定标准化操作流程。针对课题研究思路及实施方案、标准评定操作、干预方法、膝关节外骨骼康复机器人操作等问题，课题组对各中心参研人员进行统一培训及考核，以保障课题实施过程中各环节的规范性，缩小中心间的异质性。 2.课题组每个季度至少召开1次进度报告会，各分中心汇报研究进展情况和存在的问题。建立课题分中心负责人监督负责制，各分中心负责人和课题组骨干建立微信群，随时沟通，及时提出并解决课题具体实施中遇到的问题。 3.数据规范化管理，做到真实、准确、可溯源。 4.整个研究开展过程由第三方机构进行全程质控和监督，以确保课题实施的质量和进度。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1. Standardized training: Standardized operating procedures shall be developed before the study begins. In view of the research ideas and implementation plan, standard evaluation operation, intervention method, knee exoskeleton operation and other issues, the research group conducted unified training and assessment for the research staffs in each center, so as to ensure the standardization of the whole project implementation process and reduce the heterogeneity among centers. 2. The research group shall hold at least one progress report meeting every quarter, and each sub-center shall report the research progress and existing problems. The responsible person of the sub-center shall establish the supervision responsibility system. Also, the responsible person of each sub-center and the members of the research group shall establish a wechat group to communicate with each other at any time and put forward and solve the problems encountered in the project in time. 3. Standardized data management to ensure authenticity, accuracy and traceability. 4. The whole process of research is controlled and supervised by a third-party institution to ensure the quality and progress of project implementation.
