观察控制性降压对高危出血孕妇剖宫产术中失血量、输血量及患者预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of controlled hypotension in the cesarean section of patients with high risk of hemorrhage

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄<18 或>45 周岁；产妇合并循环、呼吸及神经系统疾病；紧急或即刻剖宫产；术中出血量<1000ml；出血迅猛需用升压药维持血压；患方拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women to be younger than 18 or older than 45; pregnant women with respiratory, circulatory or neurological diseases; emergency cesarean section; blood loss during operation<1000ml; rapid massive hemorrhage and vasopressor drugs are needed to maintain normal blood pressure; patient refused.
