研究天晴甘美在抗GVHD预防性用药时的保肝作用及其对GVHD效应的影响和可能作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate advantages of Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate (MgIG) on protecting liver for patients with Allo-HSCT and effect of MgIG on graft-vetsus-host disease (GVHD)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①第二次行异基因造血干细胞移植的患者；
②第一次为自体干细胞移植，此次行异体干细胞移植的患者；
③重要器官（心脏、肺、脑）有严重病变的患者；
④乙肝阳性，且乙肝DNA水平为高复制水平的患者；
⑤有甲肝、丙肝、丁肝或戊肝的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. second line patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;
2. first line patients with autologous stem cell transplantation and this line patients with allogeneic stem cell transplantation;
3. vital organs (heart, lungs, brain) patients with severe disease;
4. patients with positive hepatitis B, and HBV DNA levels in patients with high levels of replication;
5. Patients with hepatitis A, hepatitis C, hepatitis D, or hepatitis E.
