研究目的：

本研究的目的是找到绞股蓝总苷最常见最严重的副作用。

Objectives of Study：

The goal of this study is to find out what the Gypenosides' most frequent and serious adverse events are.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在缺血性、遗传性、中毒性、外伤性、放射性、压迫性、感染性视神经病变；2.视神经网膜炎或视神经周围炎；3.视神经炎首次发作前已经确诊为多发性硬化（multiple sclerosis， MS）或视神经脊髓炎（neuromyelitis optica， NMO）；4.患有明显影响视功能的其他眼部器质性疾病及脑部病变，如：白内障、视网膜脱离、垂体瘤等；5.失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. ischemic, hereditary, toxic, traumatic, radiation, compressive, or infectious optic neuropathy;
2. optic neuroretinitis or optic perineuritis;
3. pre-existing MS or NMO prior to the first onset of optic neuritis;
4. other organic eye diseases and brain lesions that significantly affected visual function, such as cataracts, retinal detachment, and pituitary adenoma; and 5 lack of follow-up.
