研究目的：

化疗暴露是肿瘤相关认知障碍的危险因素。化疗性脑病对癌症患者日常生活有着很大的影响。本研究旨在评估谷红注射液能否预防化疗性脑病的发生  

Objectives of Study：

Chemotherapy exposure is a known risk factor for cancer-related cognitive impairments. Chemobrain is a significant negative factor in the lives of cancer patients.. We aimed to evaluate the effect of safflower extract and aceglutamide injection on preventing the incidence of chemobrain

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、任何严重的或未控制的的系统性疾病（不稳定的呼吸,心脏、肝脏或肾脏疾病或其他内部的严重疾病或未控制的感染
2、妊娠或哺乳期的妇女
3.对多西他赛、卡铂、顺铂、谷红注射液过敏

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any evidence of severe or uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., unstable respiratory, cardiac, hepatic, or renal disease or other serious internal diseases or uncontrolled infection;
2. Women that are pregnant or breastfeeding;
3. Known severe hypersensitivity to docetaxel and, cisplatin/carboplatin and safflower extract and aceglutamide injection.
