研究目的：

本项目拟通过随机对照试验，研究维生素D补充治疗幼年特发性关节炎与疾病活动度关系，证明其临床疗效，同时通过治疗前后血清细胞因子水平变化，揭示维生素D的免疫调控作用，为进一步临床使用维生素D治疗幼年特发性关节炎提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project proposed to know the effects of vitamin D in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) about the level of serum interleukin and tumor necrosis factor alpha.To know the vitamin D in the immune regulation function, and get the evidence to use it in clinical.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)有肾结石、高钙尿症、肠道吸收障碍、原发性心血管病变、肺脏疾病、血液本研究开始前4周内参与其他临床实验
2)已知对维生素D过敏者；
3)入组前3月曾使用过大剂量激素、环磷酰胺、生物制剂及钙调节剂
4)具有肾脏病理学病变者或影响其生存的严重疾病，如肿瘤、艾滋病等研究者认为不宜入选：
5)法律上的残疾者（盲、聋、哑、智力障碍），精神疾病患者。
6)根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，或生活地经常发生变动等易造成失访的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. kidney stone, hypercalciuria, intestinal absorption barriers, primary cardiovascular disease, lung disease, blood disease, four weeks before the start of this study to participate in other clinical trials;
2. Allergic to vita;
3. Joined the group used too large dose hormone cyclophosphamide biological agents and calcium regulator 3 months before;
4. With kidney damage or seriously diseases such as tumor,AIDS ,and researchers think that should not be selected;
5. Laws on the handicapped (blind deaf-mute mental retardation) in patients with mental illness;
6. According to the researcher's judgment has lower possibility into the group or other disease let it complicate to join the group ,or easy to lost to follow-up.
