研究目的：

验证胞饮突是内膜上皮细胞去极化的形态学表现，是内膜上皮在窗口期发生上皮间质转化的结果。明晰调节内膜上皮间质转化的调控分子。  

Objectives of Study：

To test the hypothesis that pinopode is a morphologic marker for the depolarity of endometrial epithelial cell and is a result of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition, to figure out the regulation molecules.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

严重输卵管积水，宫腔积液，严重子宫内膜异位症（Ⅲ到Ⅳ级），宫腔粘连病史，无反应薄型内膜

Exclusion criteria：

Severe hydrosalpinx, hydrohystera, advanced endometriosis (Stage III to IV), uterine adhesion,unresponsive thin endometrium
