研究目的：

本研究目的是评价a-tDCS联合常规康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫肩痛患者疼痛水平和功能改善的影响。此外将通过感觉神经阈值定量检测（CPT），并结合头部功能磁共振和肩部磁共振平扫等影像学检查进一步探讨卒中后肩痛的发展机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of A-TDCS combined with routine rehabilitation on pain level and functional improvement in stroke patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain. In addition, the developmental mechanism of shoulder pain after stroke will be further explored by quantitative detection of sensory nerve threshold (CPT), combined with imaging examinations such as functional magnetic resonance of the head and plain magnetic resonance of the shoulder.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 头部外伤史；
2. 神经退行性疾病；
3. 严重感觉障碍；
4. 诊断为肩周炎；
5. 诊断为严重精神病，或滥用药物；
6. 非侵入性脑刺激禁忌症(应用部位附近的金属植入物、癫痫和/或癫痫病史、妊娠、肿瘤诊断)；
7. 合并上肢骨折；
8. 合并糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of head trauma;
2. Neurodegenerative diseases;
3. Severe sensory impairment;
4. Periarthritis of shoulder was diagnosed;
5. Diagnosis of severe mental illness, or substance abuse;
6. Contraindications to non-invasive brain stimulation (metal implants near the application site, history of epilepsy and/or epilepsy, pregnancy, tumor diagnosis);
7. Combined with upper limb fracture;
8. Diabetes mellitus.
