研究目的：

研究低度，中度及高度近视的人群进行Smartsight术后的有效光学区大小，并同行Smile术的患者进行对比。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effective optical region size of patients with low, moderate, and high myopia after Smartsight, and to compare with patients with Smile.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 怀孕或处于哺乳期；
2. 不稳定时情绪低落或焦虑不安；
3. 动机不当或期望不合理；
4. 胶原血管、自身免疫或免疫缺陷疾病；
5. 单纯疱疹病毒感染，例如带状疱疹；
6. 糖尿病；
7. 严重的干眼症/干燥综合征；
8. 严重的局部感染或过敏性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or breast-feeding;
2. Low mood or anxiety when unstable;
3. Improper motivation or unreasonable expectations;
4. Collagen vascular, autoimmune, or immune deficiency diseases;
5. Herpes simplex virus infection, such as shingles;
6. Diabetes mellitus;
7. Severe dry eye/Sjogren's syndrome;
8. Severe local infection or allergic disease.
